Inflatable Rewards Card Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: The rewards card is issued upon the first hire of any inflatable from Blue Duo Events. This offer/reward card is not available to business/corporate bookings, only to personal hires. The decision as to whether a booking is ‘personal’ or ‘corporate’ is solely ours to make.
  2. Validity: The rewards card must be completed within 24 months from the date of the first stamp. After this period, any incomplete cards will expire, and remaining hires will not count towards the reward.
  3. Non-Transferable: The rewards card is personal to the original holder and cannot be transferred, shared, or exchanged with another person or party.
  4. Flexible Hire Locations: Hires do not need to be at the same location for stamps to be valid. However, all hires must be made under the same customer account.
  5. Rewards Redemption: Once you have collected 4 stamps, your 5th hire will be charged at just £5. This offer applies only to the hire cost and does not include delivery or additional services.
  6. Damage/Replacement of Card: Lost or damaged cards will not be replaced, and any stamps on such cards will be forfeited.
  7. Blue Duo Events Rights: Blue Duo Events reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
  8. Reward stamps will not be given for hires when the customer has used another offer, voucher, received a discounted price for their booking or hired the inflatable as part of a bundle or package, unless agreed by us in advance.
